In addition to the Expedited Service and Filing, we utilize state of the art document management systems to protect the integrity of document flow and provide instantaneous notification of status changes in your services, plus the incredible incentives listed below:

A. We pick up on demand or on a daily or twice daily basis. Whichever suits your production needs.
B. We immediately courier your new cases to the Clerk's office for rapid filing. They don't sit around for a day or two until we get to them.
C. We wait for cases to be filed as opposed to dropping them off and picking them up when the Clerk is finished with them.
There are some exceptions to this rule, but they are governed by the Clerk's policy which we have no control over.
D. The day your cases are returned from the Clerk's office, all documents are scanned into our system and process servers are notified for service.
That same day we email you a copy of the summons or the summons and notice of pretrial that has been filed, so you always have the dates.
Now, without a single distracting phone call, you know when the papers were picked up and filed, and what the court dates are for your calendar.
E. The process servers make the first attempts within 72 hours. If served, you are notified. If there are problems you are given a detailed report of them.
F. When the papers are served and you are notified via email a Verified Return of Process is prepared for the Process Server to sign.
When the ROS/VRP is signed, we courier it and the "original" summons to the Clerk and file same.
